Here's version 2, then. Name: James Eisenherz Pseudonym: Mr. Black Appearance: Jim is average height, standing somewhere close to 5'10", and is in good shape. Black hair just barely long enough to stay parted and dark brown eyes make his skin look paler than it is, which is already fairly pale. No v...

He's not really a teleporter. He can hide out somewhere that isn't here, but he's still leaving Null Space more or less where he entered it. I mean, Hotfoot's power is better suited to travel than this is. And there's already plenty of blasters (Blast, Tach, Blackheart once his eyes are healed), a s...

Man, you people post way too fast. Okay, Plan Grav is out, unless I want to sit around for a while. I can go Robin Hood. Name: James Eisenherz Pseudonym: Mr. Black Appearance: Jim is average height, standing somewhere close to 5'10", and is in good shape. Black hair just barely long enough to stay p...

Wow, that was a shit-load of activity. I need to dedicate more than just my lunch hour to this it seems. Anyways. As far as criminality goes, I made a hero. He got vaporized. I'm planning on a slightly Robin Hoodish figure, taking jobs that he can morally agree with. Corporate sabotage against compa...

Before being vaporized, Hector belonged to a group that violated nearly every gun ownership law in Western Europe and had enough training facilities and firearms to warrent being invaded by the US Army. I'm starting to like Null Space. Anyone have any nitpicks before I start finalizing details? And ...

Where did you get the idea that I was an NPC? If I was, Scottie would have said "this is the character" like with the angel rather than the bunch of us having hashed out Hector like a normal character. Which we did. It's okay though. I have enough character ideas, and I wasn't really attached to him...

I would like it too... I have been bogged down for a few days though, as I suspect several are Dear Gork, the bogginess. I hate my job, and Scottie isn't even on my shift anymore, so it's not just his usual attempts to break me. Though he will be pleased to learn that the Air Force makes me drink. ...

Ardal rolled forward, under the arcane fire. His song continued to build, bolstering the outclassed mortals. The power it carried was bringing dust off the ceiling as it resonated through the structure. Grabbing the engine again, he hauled it off the floor with one titanic heave, got it over his hea...

Ardal had lost it. Completely lost in the effects of his own song, he had tossed discretion to the wind. Still chanting, he hefted a large, knobby piece of something over his head. It might have once been a piece of some inductrial machine, but right now, it was just a blunt object. A few running st...

"He says go, we go. As much as I'd love to keep fighting the Good Fight, I have someone waiting for me." Coated in gore from the knees down from his Beowulf impersonation and splattered all over with the evidence of the long, bloody day, Hector shrugged. "Theological rules are very strange. I sugges...

As Ardal regained his footing, the first thing he saw was the tiny wisp of smoke rising from the lich. Forcing himself not to look at the bubbling metal, in case the lich followed his gaze, he drew his swords. Dhunia knew where the hell his hammer landed. A shame, too, 'cause that bell-noise it made...

The incoming fist may have packed battering-ram force, but liches of any kind tend to focus more on how to shatter reality and less on the finer points of brawling. Still, a target as big as Ardal is easy to hit, and that same mass makes it hard to dodge effectively. The trollkin was clipped on the ...

Ardal wanted this to be over. It was getting close to Happy Hour. "Bugger this!" Bulling his way past and over the staggered thrall in front of him, he made a rush for the Lich. He let loose a blast of Hot Lead Death as he closed, dropped his scattergun, and freed the mallet. He roared a primal scre...

@B4: Hate to break it to you man, but I'm at risk for a shitload more health problems than you. Liver cancer is among them. My spleen should be okay, though why anyone would need a spleen is beyond me. But yeah. Generally, I'd rather people were encouraged to do the right thing than the government d...

Spewing curses of ear-blistering vehemence, Ardal dropped his axe. Khador weapons were hard enough to swing quickly with both hands, and now he was chewed up again. He rushed in, freeing his scattergun. A sprinting hip-check delivered to one of the tables behind which a scarlock thrall hid should be...

Ardal didn't like the look of those armored thralls. They looked mean. Breathing deep and not minding the smoke, he bellowed at them and let the power surging through his blood turn the yell into a sustained thunderclap. One throbbing vein stood out on his forehead, and his pale blue skin tone edged...

As usual, I have difficulty making any decision because I can see both sides of the debate. But I would like to point out for B4's benefit that he will likely need a liver transplant before he's 40. Yeah, okay, uncalled-for joking aside. I am hesitant to let the government say that we will do...

Hector held his borrowed rifle one-handed, as though it were a pistol. Firing it, the muscles in his meaty forearm rippled, keeping it aimed straight through brute strength. Sending armor-piercing rounds at the ones in the back, he launched himself at the nearest unengaged enemy, only dropping the g...
