The trilogy is awesome. In fact, I think I'll go re-read it.Soontir948 wrote:I'm going to try 'Never Deal With a Dragon' first before diving into the others. Finally using the credits I accumulated at PaperBackSwap.

2XS is one of the books I gave Rheonix, I remember that. Also a duology about a detective whose sister got Bug-fied.

Oh, awesome. I got way sidetracked last night and forgot.
Tonight shall be different. Once I finish the "Never Deal with a Dragon" trilogy again, 2XS is next on the list.
My thanks again, Tev. :)

Small update, they're up to over $1.1 Million, and there is still plenty of time on the clock. They've added a new donation level at $125, which includes USB key dogtags with the game, soundtrack, and other goodies included, plus all the other benefits.
So basically, there will be two cities, and at this point, they are (quite thankfully) pulling back on promising the stars and moon. If they hit $1.5M, they'll tie in the storylines from the SNES and Sega Genesis games.

They are past $1.5 million. After finishing 'Never Deal with a Dragon' and listening to the music from the SNES game, I went ahead and pledged $60 because of the soundtrack. Hopefully the composers haven't lost their touch.

If they get to the $1.75mil mark they're looking at adding in Phys Ads too. I swear, they keep trying to make me throw more money at them. At this point I'm ready to raise from $60 to $175...damnit quit toying with me like this!

Berlin sounds more interesting unfortunately. At least 'more Seattle' was kicked out. Don't need the same ol'.

Gameplay shown there reminds me of the Sega layout.

Maybe I'm used to Fallout, but the process of Shadowrun's turn base combat is... plodding.

I can send you the blanks for the card and you can make your own if you want to feel special with them. I ended up dropping almost $200 on that kickstarter >< Sweet jesus I overspent on that one... lol
Edit:
Here's a blank docwagon card if anyone wants it to play around with. Not sure if the QR code will actually work for the game though.
