So I just finshed 0.5 of my little blackjack game, it has support for everything except Splits right now,and should be working smoothly aside from the fact dealer dosn't play yet.
If anyone is interested in trying this version out, you can download a version here, however I THINK this requires .Net 2.0 but most people should have that nowdays.

Next up will be dealer AI, then I might consider writing splits.
Later in the week, asumming all goes well, a GUI version will arrive, fortelling a new era of Ace coding.

Quickie update: Just wrote in Dealer AI, rather simplistic, only goes by the basic rule of Hit while under 17, but it works.
