For fellow classic game lovers, I just found out something: Home of the Underdogs (HOTU), the famous classic game "museum" website, just cannot be accessible through its usual URL (http://www.the-underdogs.org). The last time I tried to access the URL, I was redirected into sedoparking, and sedo said that the domain name "the-underdogs" is available for sale.

Fortunately, the HOTU website can still be accessed through this address:

http://209.120.136.195/


I really don't know what's going on, but I hope the problem will only be temporary. Some years ago the domain name was changed from theunderdogs.org into the-underdogs.org because the former was wrestled by some domain squatter. Maybe the same problem is happening again?

You can get on it, but you will not be able to download. I tried, couldn't get it to go. If anybody can manage to get downloads, let us know here.

Can you use the host name now, but still cannot download, or neither?

EDIT: Nope. I just checked the hostname; it still belongs to that one web squatter. Weird. People in HOTU said it was the site owner's credit card problem, but still.....
