#1 Tempature issues

This is going to be a copypaste of my current tempature situation log, from today morning. It was prompted by my GPU overheating and my Mobo Chipset fan failing.
I asume no one will actully comment, but I want this online to be backed up.

Roughly 11 in the morning, Chipset fan begins wailing. I know whats happening and pray it gets delayed.
11:50AM, no go, it dies, and I shut down PC.
12PM, After prodding, it returns to life and 90% efficiency.
12:30PM,Found new chipset fan...in U.S
12:35PM, Case side door open, tempature drops.
12:50PM, fan at medium speed, revolving, brings Mobo tempature to 30C, GPU tempature to 60 and ambient to 40C.
12:55PM, GalCiv2 loading screen gives me only 67C, a new record.
12:57PM,after roughly half a minute in GalCiv2, tempature at 73C, not happy, but better then 89C. Ambient tempature remains steady at 45C, while mobo tempature drops to 29C.
12:59PM, after roughly a minute of playing around, tempature remains steady at 73C, great going thermodynamics!
13:04PM, tempature hit 78C after minutes of playing, am very happy.
13:10PM, lockup apprently, no clear cause.
13:11PM, after giving it 15 seconds break, it returns to operation, nearly 5 minutes straight of playing!
13:17PM, log reports will be slower now, as it's been 8 minutes of gaming with tempature holding steady around 79C.
13:38PM, 79C seems to be peak, with 77C being average. Log being shut down pending further news on chipset fan.
13:45PM, Chipset fan dying, its going from 0 to 6000RPM, up and down like a yoyo, only application of previous lifesaving measures keeps it going.
2:06PM, chipset fan flickering up and down like a fucking yoyo.
Its done, house fan is replacing chipset fan and sidedoor, tempatures are excellent but its noisier, by far. We do what we must to log.
11:21PM, I turned off the chipset monitor for the past 8 hours due to me being annoyed at the beeping. Apprently the chipset fan is back alive. I'm not sure what to think, it won't last, and at 8000RPM, I'd rather not chance it.
