#1 What email client do you use?

I have never been one who does much heavy email work, tending to stick mostly to gmail's web interface, but I have recently been thinking about switching to a real mail client.

I am curious what other people use. Do you use webmail only, Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook, KMail, mutt, the giant mozilla suite or what?

And why do you like it?

Microsoft Outlook only because it's whats installed at work. It organizes the information well enough and is easy enough to configure for the less computer inclined so I suppose it's good

I use Thunderbird because it's not Micro$oft. It sucks, but I still use it. Meh.

I access all E-Mail through the browser... since I don't use it all that much to begin with.

Outlook Express, because it was there. For my limited e-mail needs it works well enough.

Bat, are you aware Outlook express can be linked to most windows exploits?

I prefer Bats if you can be bothered and frankly, I think that honour still belongs to IE.
I DO realize Outlook (in any incarnation) isn't neccessarily the safest e-mail client to use but if I cared about security I wouldn't be using Winblows in the first place now would I?
And so far, what little problems I've had with my PC were either user-induced or browser-related so I must admit OE has done well by me up to this point.

I'm using windows and I care about security. Windows can be a secure OS if you keep yourself from using the largest exploit hole. Outlook express has the most pathetic holes in existence.

Outlook, the real version, is reasonably safe, unlike it's younger cousin thats getting replaced.
