Well, it's the only 3dfx card with DVI out connector, so it enables you to play Glide games (like
Jane's F-15 or
Total Air War) through DVI. And of course, the Mac version can work in PC with the correct BIOS flash.
The seller, siphoindustries, is a very good one. He can always find the rare items I'm looking for, like this one, or Epox 8KTA3+ mobo (ISA slot).

You should try and contact some of the real hardware collectors. I.E see my article on the obsessive collectors in C&G

Yup, I've read the thread. Maybe someday I'm going to join the collector community, but not now, since:
(1) I'm not rich enough to be a 'true' hardware collector, like those collecting rare arcade machines or such.
(2) My interest is very limited to PC's legacy hardware. More specifically, hardware that enables you to play old games (Glide games, DOS games, etc) without resorting to emulators. Thus, my collection is limited to Voodoo5 (Glide games with FSAA), modern mobo with ISA slots (like Epox 8KTA3+ or SY845PE), ISA soundcards, and MIDI daughterboards that can be played in true DOS mode.
(3) I prefer to stay low profile; Voodoo5 Mac is hard indeed to get, and it's even harder to me since most sellers don't want to ship to Indonesia. Moreover, I must
not let those people in
3dfxZone know that I already have THREE Voodoo5 Macs.
