#1 Linux is NOT Windows, an essay I found

The author of this essay states that "Linux is NOT Windows", and then goes on to defend it quite well.

The only thing I saw there that I disagreed with is he said KDE can be called commericial because it is based on Qt, but both are GPL, so I don't see where that is true. However, it might be a few years old, and this was not always the fact.
In particular, I like his section on "user friendliness" and how he stated many times that Linux people don't give a fuck about market share, which is very true and carries important repercussions for how it is developed and supported.
I would recommend this essay to anyone who is thinking about giving Linux a try (or just wants to talk about Linux or Windows vs Linux, etc).
