#1 Better Tool for Designing Database?

Well, what I'm talking about here is logical design. You know, things like Entity Relationship Diagram, Conceptual Data Model, Physical Data Model, etc, etc.
I'm still using Sybase's Power Designer 9, but NOT because it's the best. See, I'm kinda old-fashioned guy who have been using PD for quite some years. Sort of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" stance.
However, I wonder whether there's a better design tool out there. PD is quite a resource hog (that's why I'm still using version 9). I don't need UML or the likes, since I only design databases. Anything comes with CDM and PDM is sufficient, while automatic conversion and automatic script generation should be a given, right?
So, any suggestion?
