#1 Video of Clinton's Dangerous Trip to Bosnia

Post by Hotfoot »

In which she dodges sniper fire, dashing from the plane to the vehicles meant to take her safely to the base, where she performed a jittery USO show...

Well, maybe not exactly like that.

Wow.

Burned.

I had read about this several days ago, but the video makes it even better--I hadn't realized how calm, unhurried, and carefully stated her little "slip of the tongue" was before now.

Wow. Just how the hell do you expect to get away with lying that blatantly.

Of course, she will. Because she's Clinton. God damn I hate name loyalty sometimes...

I doubt the media will make an issue of it because they realize that mathematically she's lost, but if they focus on Obama and the non-scandals surrounding him, they can give the impression that there's still a competition worthy of advertising dollars. I wouldn't say the media is partisan, they just want to maximize the drama in the stories they cover.

However, my hope is that this will start a ball rolling which undercuts her theme of 'experience' and makes voters seriously question what sorts of experience she's touting and whether her resume is in fact as lengthy as she'd like us to believe.

And he was in that classic sex tape with Kim Kardashian. But, did you also know he's Snoop Dogg's cousin AND he was in the 1996 Tim Burton movie Mars Attacks? Suddenly, you're on the Mars Attacks page!'"[/align]

This is just personal opinion, but she was shocked and insulted that Obama swept her right on by, and she knows she cannot realistically win. Not only shocked and insulted at his popularity with the people, but the way in which he passed her by with humility, intelligence, and style. She tried every sneaky back-alleyway trick she knew to shut him down, but they all failed.

Now, however, she knows she can't win. No matter how or why the media is portraying it as a "neck and neck race," she knows at this point that she cannot win on delegates, realistically. However, if she can make some exploratory knife shots at Obama for the Republicans, then the McCain will be primed to aim for those weak spots in Obama's campaign's perceived armor when the real race starts.

More and more, she appears to me to be a blatant Republican plant in the Democratic party.

(edit: clarified first paragraph)

Um, the media already has. That was a clip from a CBS Newscast. It was also picked up by NBC. It was a pretty big story last night.
