#1 Cheney on Chavez: Peru deserves better.

I agree. The people of Peru do not deserve to be ruled by Hugo Chavez. Jolly good thing they aren't. They're ruled by Alan Garcia. This isn't necessarily better, but c'mon, Cheney. My own personal view is that he does not represent the future of Latin America. And the people of Peru (sic), I think, deserve better in their leadership. But that’s obviously a matter they’ve got to resolve for themselves.
