Originally it was suppose to be that a guest could only post in testing. This has come in useful on an occassion or two as I'm sure Ra could attest to.
As for the other sections, guests should not have been allowed to post. But due to a misconfiguration in a setting somewhere it has happened. I'll investigate as to which setting is causing this and hopefully solve this issue.
