Obama has proposed a Refundable Tax Credit(1.26 dollars into the economy per dollar from federal coffers), aid to states(1.36), and infrastructure spending(1.59). UI benefits are once again in consideration, and given the swelling of the numbers of those on food stamps, those may also come up too.
