Just ask me if you want the stamina to be rolled or to take the average. Say, if the stamina die is a d8 you can take 4 instead, or 6 on a d12. In case of random dice rolling, If a 1 is rolled, you can reroll it once.
It's up to you if you want a random stamina pool with a potential good or bad roll, or a more reliable if not particularly high pool.

I hear you are looking for players, and that's me :P
I'm interested.
Edited:
Reading further, you were looking for feedback in what one likes in a game?
Personally speaking, I like stories. You might think to yourself...duh. But honestly, a true in depth three dimensional story is important to me.
I also like characters with flaws and vulnerabilities. I like playing the underdog. I can handle high end characters with grace but find underdogs more of a challenge.
I like room to grow and ability to invest. I take RP seriously/professionally, if you will, but like having a social aspect OOC to the game as long as it is kept seperate.
I like ebb and flow interaction and storyline.

Work in progress, the man says. Hmph. I've seen published sourcebooks with less-fleshed out material.

You flatter me, sir. In an exagerrated fashion too, since 'Gateway to Destiny' is a sourcebook I just purchased to help me 'guide' the setting I'm creating, and it's huge.

CORE CLASSES (these are divided in careers rather than archetypes; a Mercenary is a different kind of fighter to a Barbarian, as it is his career, while a Barbarian comes from a low-tech world and it is more a way of life; both are different from a Martial Artist, who is in turn different from a Law Enforcer or Corsair. A Cleric is a different type of leader than a Noble; Professional Athletes are different to Professional Entertainers etc)

Can we begin this, per chance?
If not now, do we have a time frame on when this will begin?
I want to play my Inara type char, please.
