Meltas, plus Blind and smoke grenades. That's what we need. As many of thos as we can get.

I'm sure those stormtroopers who are getting massacred by plasma and pulse fire have some.

Getting massacred? Damnit! What fool put them in the line of fire.

Hamila's getting a righetous Astartes spanking for this.

Also, am I right in thinking that the corridor the warriors of the race are down is at some sort of slant, and thus, we're actually higher up than they are?

I've got a Fusion Pistol, which is like a Melta only more handheld. Also, heretical xeno-tech. But hey, it's cool, I'm totally damned already.

You would be wrong. Its dead level, which is why they vault guards couldn't shoot you earlier because their own guys are were in the way.

And Nitram, their is an Imperial version for the hand cannon you're packing. It's as rare as hell and is called an inferno pistol. Remember that melta weapons, even superior Eldar versions, have lousy ammo capacity.

That's why I traded up to a xeno-rifle so fast. But I was thinking I could at least cut the guy loose.

'Fraid not. If it's level, my meltagun plan doesn't work. Which is annoying.

Make with the blind grenades in order to provide some obscurity, and thus prevent them shooting accurately (though they'd still shoot, and it'd be pretty lethal), get into a good position, and melt sufficient holes in the ceiling to liquify a couple of tons of rock with which to make their day irritating. If it had been at a slant, one could have put quite a bit of molten rock in their faces. As it isn't, it's time for conventional fire...

You do have plenty of guardsmen with heavy weapons. They're just further back down the shooting range- I mean passage.

I am, but I'm rather busy right now - it's the end of the school year, and we have exams and such to prepare for. I do intend to keep participating, but my time is limited.
