Man, I thought you two were talking to Marcao's character. Ah well, that works too.

If you want to know what her outfit looks like, look here at the blond woman's dress.

You know the really FUN part of a new character? Thinking up how she dresses.

Follow this link if you dare. I have to admit the site's background colors are eye-searing, so you're warned. Follow the links on the page for the Cholis tops, especially the longer Gypsy-style Cholis. The Pantaloons are best in the stripes and paisleys, although silk tie-dyes aren't that bad. But the best, prettiest ones are the Ghawazee Vests and Dresses.
What I described Teamhair wearing in my post was a Gypsy Choli over Pantaloons, with a Ghawazee dress as an overcoat, belted with beaded, fringed, and belled hip-scarves.

Once again, while tie-dyed silk is lovely, the striped, patterned, and paisley brocades and damasks are what Teamhair will be wearing for the most part. Even Nitram was saying "WOW!" at the colors and patterns

Just so you know the In-Joke: the "Don't get lost" comment started one day when I was driving around with Nitram and took the wrong turn. Nitram was the one to label it as going "Adventuring!", so it's only right that I use it as a memory of something the original Orduin would have said.

That's awesome - and typically where most writers get their best material - on accident, or at random.

Trivia fact: Kolth was going to be Aya's brother in my Exalted story, but got removed since he didn't add to the plot at all. I'm glad I saved my character notes.

Do you want to RP some more, or do you wish me to move on to the next part?

LadyTevar, do you have a small, inconspicuous shape which could eavesdrop on the meeting? Since your BG made it unlikely for you to be invited at the briefing, it would be best if you could "invite yourself"

Well, that "man in the crowd" reference was a prod at Marcao, so after he replies, let's go from there.

No worries - it's why I asked Nomad to wait. Despite this game being based on Exalted, it is still what amounts to a multi-author story, just like the rest. Like any story, it has to flow properly, or lameness will ensue.

What spy wouldn't have a little form for that purpose? A tiny little wren or sparrow was my choice. Small, drab, unlikely to be noticed. First choice was hummingbird, but they're too bright and showy

Of course, if this meeting's not by a window, I'm screwed.

green hair and blue eyes
GREEN HAIR!?!?!??!!?!?
ok... I knew Exalted had Manga moments, but GREEN HAIR ?!?!?

And Bad Marcao! No Yellow Font, it's blinding and unreadable on subSilver! Try red, orange, or violet.

Sorry Tev, you can blame the writers of exalted for the hair. It is one of the colors of hair of those born in the west like Yvela was.

I also used yellow font because according to the GM, it represents the Old Realm language. :)

As an alternative to colored text that may or may not show up well on certain themes, I've a suggestion.

In the currently-running game Old World Monsters, Charon uses the standard of "[Language]Hello![/Language]" to denote what is being said in what language; e.g. "[Old Realm]This is somewhat easier to read.[/Old Realm]"

As for the weird anime hair colors...eh. I'll leave that one up to Nomad, since I'm somewhat of a curmudgeon about them.

I could see if for an Earth or Wood DragonBlooded, as part of their 'tell'. But those in the West seriously can have Green Hair?!?!

Yep, all sorts of bizarre native complexions and hair colors are possible in Exalted ;)

While I like colored codes, tags are more appropriate, but I think it may not be necessary if everyone makes the effort to state which language they use. Riverspeak goes without saying, of course.

I bloody well did. Not my fault you didn't pay attention or forgot, like most things.
Half-Damned, All Hero.

Tev: You're happy. You're Plotting. You're Evil.
Me: Evil is so inappropriate. I'm ruthless.
Tev: You're turning me on.

Note to Kolth and Orduin: you've had similar visions when you first met, and have found out what they mean.

Would you like to give leading examples, or a general description?

What he's saying is back in the First Age we all knew each other. Thus, flashes of memory when the Shards meet up again. It's a cheap trick but a nice way to get the party together quickly

I know, but I wanted to know if there was anything in particular he wanted pointed out, or if Nitram and I should just talk it out, and then wing it.
