Alright revised map, taking into account feedback I received that I was way too spread out, and with the IPs for the various provinces. Will rewrite my province descriptions later on:

I'll be posting my map and provincial ICs tonight. Baring fluff, that should be everything for me.

Considerably less impressive than the other ones, but hey that's what you get with an Industry of 3.

EDIT: So I had an extra province I didn't realize I had...

NPC guide:

Purple: Swan Lord League: A collection of city states, of mostly human population rules by cabals of non-human shapeshifting wizards. They're called swan lords due to their favored shape being that of a swan. They are civilized and while given to quarreling with one another will close ranks against invaders. Swan Lords are mildly comtemptous of other races, although they make exemption for Rome. Even self important wizardly races respect the Legions. The coastal states are fairly friendly with Carthage.

Blue: Selkie Pirate states, former Swan Lord slaves who escaped and scattered, Selkies are themselves shape shifters. Going from seal to human and back. Currently they raid shipping preferring the ships of their former owners but being pirates they aren't picky. They are "democratic" in that each fleet and ship elects it's leaders by popular acclaim. However only those who can make their place in a crew stick by ability and cunning get this right.

Peach: Crusaders, knightly orders founded to fight against the Dark Lord, they shield the Acadians for over a century until his fall. The Knights and the inhuman tribes are currently in an uneasy truce. Most of the Knights don't believe that the orcs and other monsters can really make a go of civilization but they're unwilling to actually fight a long dragged out war against someone who hasn't actually been a threat. There are plenty of personal grudges due to someone's dad or uncle dying on an axe however.

Light Purple: Spritians, 4ft tall, green, male (all of them) and with an attitude that wouldn't be out of place in an Ogre tribe. Spiritans are believed to emerge from magic trees in the cold northern forest (yes I changed the place accept it) and are rised in a militized setting from day 1. They fight constant small unit actions against their raiding and not raiding neighbors. They're not friendly with frogs or mummys but trade with the Selkies. Other nations are vague rumors to them. Favorite Activities, sports with knives. Favorite Food, roasted frog legs.

White: Barbaricum. Tribes and federations of barbarians, mostly nomadic haunt these lands. The steppe and plain zones are home to tribes of centaurs and wolf brothers. The forests have human, firbolg and fey running wild in them. These are savage places with where villages of a couple dozens are considered mass concentrations of people and law goes as far as your sword. Tourists are considered delicious.

Okay took longer then it should of. Sorry, people kept dropping by today. I'm gonna go ahead and lob up the first post in KT and you'll get write ups of the NPCs tomorrow.

You will recieve Objectives after I get some damn sleep. No the figures in the 1st post will not show in the game, they're a framing narrative thingy, just enjoy the writing okay?

One comment, Frigid.

While I'm happy to lay claim to it, I actually didn't take that southernmost mountain province that you have shaded in my colors there. The more I think about it though, the more I'd like to snap it up, if that's all right. I'll call it Ferraria Minor and shift a few points around to give it a proper IC quantity.

Also missed my little continental piece at the north of the Bay.

Really need to name that thing...

Also, were those smaller islands I own count as a province themselves?

Bah, go post in the game thread!

And the small coastal islands all count as one province in my mind, but a seperate distinct province yes.

Everyone has their objectives now. Remember you can ignore these without penalty if you wish. I strongly encourage everyone to keep their objectives hidden. AND POST!

I will have to adjust my provincial IPs accordingly...

Also, are we going to open up the NPC's for creation stats so we know what we're looking at in terms of capabilities? I'm sure Havoc for example would love to know if the Swan Lords have Army at 6.

Not saying you should do them all. Perhaps another uninvolved party?

I'll take care of the NPCs. For one thing, the Swan Lords aren't one big giant power. They're 30ish small powers that just happen to unite in the face of outside aggression.

No need to yell Frigid.

Sorry about that, it's been fixed.

Hallified! Red dots signify the locations of halls that are allied to Hrafnheim, blue denote Free Ogre Tribes. Some halls (Summer Hall, Tyranny Hall, First Hall) have multiple provinces under their belt.

Geez Ben. Sending your Ogre spies to report to you on the going-ons of the North-West Selkie fleet. Have you no shame?
