Folks you're seeing your worst fears. Your characters should be seeing their very worst nightmares and personnal terrors right in front of them and react accordingly.

Inside the van there's a blanket across the back of the front passenger seat.

Also, under the computer and radio consoles lining the left wall (facing front), there's cabinets. Search them for anything that may be useful...

Chill. Be mindful of your surroundings. Use what you can that looks the best for the situation.
