Willy Pete? Dear gods, KAN. I'll be sure to get a nice Elemental Bullet off of Madeline Webber and put your name on it.

Now, now. It's not wanking, Jon. Such weapon actually exist. In fact, it has been used since 'Nam.
These weapons are particularly dangerous to exposed personnel because white phosphorus continues to burn unless deprived of oxygen or until it is completely consumed, in some cases burning right down to the bone.

Sed quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
(Who watches the watchmen?)

I'll toss my hat into the arena if you're willing. I'd like to try my hand at running the Watchmen.

Edit: And I just came up with their motto/slogan/what have you:
Salus populi suprema lex
(The safety of the people is the supreme law)

I think it's fitting.

Alright, I changed the WP to large amount of bullets. I just knew that Underworld Arcana Vampires are immune to fire (while still vulnerable to KE).

But I ain't familair with Arcanum rules, and since these STGOD uses Underworld Arcana, I guess we need to be informed as well. For example, what creature can only be hurt by KE attacks? What creature can be only be hurt by heat? How many amount of KE or heat needed to hurt the creature that vulnerable to such attacks?

As for the mages, CT is using D&D mages. Does Underworld Arcana have mages as well? If that's the case, what are the rules according Underworld Arcana magic? Do they need to rest and memorize spells like D&D mages? Do they need reagents?

Alright, let's take a break and review.

We've uncovered the fact that Yuri's trying to make a Human-Vampire hybrid, with the eventual goal of merging in the superior strength of the Lycans as well. He's also building a psychic beacon at the factory. Yuri's cronnies are also gonna know that the Vampyres are afoot of our plan. What's going to happen now?

My thoughts are that Yuri's gonna send someone to keep an eye on our little group. This could be a good opportunity to introduce a real opponent, like KAN's character, or maybe Blade.

Furthermore, we have to find out what the Psychic Beacon is (IC, we don't know what it is yet), and then return to the factory to destroy it. The game's afoot.

Can Khan have some of his own men with him, or will his army be entirely composed of normal people he recruited?

I'd say both. What's a Khan appearance without Juachim by his side? So yeah, he'll definitely have a cadré of Augments with him, as well as other cronies.

No, they're not immune to fire. Basically, all vampires in this game are working off of the rules of Underworld Vampyres, for the sake of simplicity.

Typically:

They are stronger and faster than a human being, capable of taking more typical punishment. (they can take ten times the amount of bullets, which is saying something)

Despite their vulnerability to ultraviolet light, or possibly because of it, they have become resistant to most forms of fire-based attack (it hurts them, but they regenerate from it quickly, and flammable materials are often neutralized against their flesh), but sufficient temperatures could theoretically kill them, or an alternate method of burning, like Acidic Attacks, should harm them.

They are immune to holy water, and negative-energy damage will often heal them. However, healing spells, rather than damage them, do virtually nothing to them, apart from a Complete Restoration ritual (look up "Incantation Magic") which has the effect of turning them back into Normal Humans.

Holy Shit? Myths... the lot of it. Vampires are no more demonic than we are, they're a mere genetic mutation in this universe

Garlic: Doesn't Do Anything.

Silver: That'll work nicely.

Well, despite the fact that Vamps in UW were actually using silver bullets they have do a weakness to it in the STGOD.

Also, to further make some notes, Vamps will die if:

* Decapitated; this is permenant, finito, dead as a doornail
* Starve/are bled to death, but can be resurrected by being fed
* Are hit with say, an entire clip of normal bullets, but can be resurrected
* Stabbed with a stake through the heart; if removed they will be resurrected

Or fined and punished to death by the IRS...

I don't care how powerful you are, how much damage you can take...if you don't have the proper forms filled out exactly right... evil summoned demons from hell won't help you...

Although, to be honest, I'm not subject to the IRS, but instead the similarly named "Inland Revenue" and not REALLY subject to it for another year, due to my being "Under-18"

In my introductory post, I established a few facts about Khan:

1) He is the Khan after Ceti Alpha V. I am thinking not quite TWOK times, to keep him young, but enough time has passed for him be steam about Kirk for a while. Maybe this is 10 years into his maroonment.

2) He has most his men from Space Seen with him still. About 60 supermen still alive.

3) His base of operations is a private camp outside Istanbul. He uses this to train his private army, composed of thugs and other people he recruited. The Turkish authorities turn a blind eye to his activities.

4) He is rich. And natually, has a wide assortment of illegal guns.

5) Kirk will pay, how, we don't know, but he will - world domination is just a step along the way.

Well, it appears my STGOD has died in its infancy. Unfortunate; I thought it was great while it lasted.
