Alright, we the mods have conferred over the issue of siege weapons and decided we agree with Silence's call for more specification. Number of siege weapons obtained per point cost remains the same.
Onagers
1pt= Light Onager, capable of throwing a 5 lbs stone 300 yards with a degree of accuracy.
2pt= Medium Onager, capable of throwing a 30 lbs stone roughly 250 yards with accuracy.
3pt= Heavy Onager, capable of throwing a 100 lbs stone roughly 200 yards.
Trebuchets
2pt= Traction powered Trebuchet, capable of throwing a 20 lbs stone roughly 200 yards. This Trebuchet has a much faster refire rate than most other siege weapons however.
3pt= Weight powered Trebuchet, capable of throwing a 250 lbs stone roughly 300 yards. The refire rate of this trebuchet is extremely slow and they are difficult to move.
Ballistae
1pt= Commonly refered to as Manuballistae or Arcoballistae, these single man ballistae can fire a javelin accurately at roughly 400 yards.
2pt= Palintone. These heavier built ballistae commonly throw larger javelins accurately at roughly 400 yards. The Palintone can also be easily modified to throw 20 lbs stones, but the accuracy is greatly reduced to only 250 yards, though they are capable of much greater distances.
3pt= Anti-Air ballistae, modified cheiroballistae, these ballistae have the express purpose of firing upon flying units. Capable of firing with a great accuracy up to 500 yards into the sky, the anti-air ballistae is capable of even greater distances, with reduced accuracy.
Ships
Most naval vessels are equipped with cheiroballistae, though the larger ships may have a few light onagers also aboard.
