As is the master plan, Cameron and I will split running the Sunday game. Since Night's Black Agents has ended in a gloriously TPK, what game I will be running is up in the air. Rogue Trader has been mentioned, but it's not a done deal yet.

Suggestions? Requests? Pleadings? By the way Hotfoot, I'm totally bribable with xp.

Rogue Trader certainly gets my vote, so long as the Orks we fight are sufficiently objectivist.

And if not, that's why I have John Galt.

I dunno, Havoc, you seem to have chosen for at least one boss without his consent. Aggressively.

Clearly he was intrinsically less valuable as an incorporated private entity than me and my sniper rifles, having implicitly ceded his right to choose to a higher authority by virtue of not having sustained the gunshots to the head.

If he was really a boss, he would have chosen to not die.

I'd be okay with Rogue Trader again. I'd have to refamiliarize myself with the system again, but my Navigator with his Eye of Sauron is definitely appealing.

On the other hand, I've never played in a Shadowrun game. I'd also vote for that as an option.

On the one hand, I could revive the techno-mechanical horror that Sarvus is turning into.

On the other hand, I do feel like he's kind of reaching the tipping point for heresy with the current group, hanging on by barely anything more than family connections and group loyalty. Admittedly, our surviving group members are probably more interested in Imperial heresy as opposed to tech heresy, so it might be okay...ish. I'm not really sure what to do with him and I could either make a new character or play a different system.

On the OTHER other hand (the one mounted on a heretical mechadendrite), I do believe Havoc has stolen at least one of my warboss kills. I'm halfway tempted to start space-revolution of the space-proletariat and institute space-communism to spite him.

Next time you run out of hands Karrick, the third hand is the gripping hand.

Is a man not entitled to the corpses of his slain enemies?

"No," says the tech-priest, "they belong to the Omnisiah."

"No," says the Ecclesiarch, "they belong to the Emperor."

"No," says the Rogue Trader, "they belong to me."

See, I thought Sarvus saved that third hand of his for his forays into dating. TechPriestCupid is a thing, after all.

Still waiting on the Atlas Shrugged part 2 review, Havoc.

As for game, I'm down for whatever you wanna bring, Cat.

I would review it, Josh, but I have to listen to Freebird for the next thirty-seven hours first.

I suppose in that case it would be a servo arm. For the ridiculous strength bonus.

I was kinda hoping for Shadowrun (I would be willing do GM duties to so Cat can get his fix) or Mage but I can see I ain't gonna get that.

Hey man, I'll happily second Shadowrun, if only because I only have vague notions as to what a Shadowrun game would actually be like.

My only real experience with it is reading a trilogy of Shadowrun novels, playing the video game Shadowrun: Returns, and hearing you guys talk about how often you see TPK's in a real Shadowrun game. My ignorance and lack of actual experience playing the game gives me courage to try this myself.

Since a grand total of one person has come out explicitly for Rogue Trader so far, that's a little defeatist.

Since it's been mentioned, I'd geek for Shadowrun actually.

Shadowrun would let me scratch that Cyberpunk itch I've not been able to reach for years.

Shadowrun lets you shoot an orc.

Rogue Trader lets you call down an orbital lance-strike against a horde of world-conquering orks before wading into them with your own private army.

Just sayin'...

I think I just heard someone say that Dunkelzahn is a bitch, and as ineffectual as chopped liver. Did anyone else hear that?

I'm fully aware of the distinction, but I've actually played a good Rogue Trader game relatively recently. And by that, I mean it's been more than twice as long since I've been in a good cyberpunk game.

By what possible permutation of the universe is a game in which you can install mechanical dendrites infused with microwave incineration guns and hexagrammic wards to shield you from the gods of Hell not a cyberpunk game?

*Grumbles* You are all traitors to the God-Emperor.

If I was more together, and not going nut trying to find a job and get income, I'd love to get back to Shadowrun.
However, as I've been very much not together recently, and I'm not going to say "Yes, I'll Play", because I have been making promises I don't keep when it comes to gaming. I want to play, but then I turn around and don't show up because I'm suddenly depressed and it's too much effort.
