Ok, so I wanted to make sure I have a easily accessable list of NPC's that can be glanced over without searching through it.

So I'll include them on the first two posts, comments can be posted there after.

Unless Information if learned IC, this is ALL OOC information, you had best have a damn good reason why your character knows any of this if you pull it out of thin air.

Council of Evil

Character Name: Bob Page (Inner Circle)

Game/System: Deus Ex (PC)
Equipment: Stealth Pistol with full modout(Accuracy, reload, laser target, recoil, scope, range and extended clip), Assault Rifle with 20mm HE rounds and 7.62x51mm ammo (Modded for range, recoil, accuracy, and speed reload) Dragon Tooth Sword, standard lockpicks, nano-keyring and multitools.

Powers/Abilities: A nano-augmented human utilizing various nano-aug mods. IFF, Flashlight, Infolink (modified to allow two-way communication utilizing a nanocomputer located on the vocal cords that analyizes sub-vocal speech and transmits it), Speed enhancement, Combat Strength, Regeneration, Agressive Defense System, Vision Enhancement, Cloak, Radar Transparancy.

Background:
Bob Page was the protoge to Illuminati leader Morgan Everett. Although Page was a good student, he was impatient and short-tempered. Page and Everett developed Daedalus, an artificial intelligence (A.I.) program that would help the Illuminati keep track of and control the new communication technologies. The duo also started the project that Majestic 12 would eventually turn into the Gray Death virus. Page was a major power behind the push for nanotechnology, and was a part of the enhancement project that JC Denton and Paul Denton went though.

Page grew impatient with Everett's unwillingness to use the technology and the Illuminati's slow, gentle ways and rebelled by forming Majestic 12, which eventually took over much of the Illuminati's power structures and resources. The final blow to the Illuminati was when Page gained almost total control of the information infrastructure through the Aquinas Protocol/Hub at Area 51 and the Daedalus A.I., making it nigh impossible for the Illuminati to safely communicate using electronic means.

Secretly, Page is the head of Majestic 12. His ultimate plan is to merge with the artificial intelligence Helios to control the world's electronic systems, becoming an omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent entity.

Publicly, Bob Page is the richest man on Earth; a trillionaire and head of the unbelievably large Page Industries. Page also likes to groom his image in the public eye as a great philanthropist, donating millions of credits to the needy, while secretly plunging the world into chaos to create the conditions that will allow him to achieve world domination.

Character Name: Charlock (Inner Circle)
Game/System: Dragon Warrior, NES
Equipment: Dragon Orb
Powers:
Sorcery: The dragonlord's command of magic is all but absolute, such that he can perform incredible feats.

Dragon Apotheosis: Charlock's command of the Dragon Orb grants him near-deific powers. He can summon and command the minions of Zoma, the evil demon lord vanquished by Erdrick, and he can extend his arcane influence out to an area of miles. If a hero existed that were foolish enough to engage him in personal combat, he would find the Dragonlord capable of transforming into a colossal, fire-breathing green dragon, with incredible strength and virtual immunity to damage.

However, this power comes with a price. The Dragonlord is incapable of entering areas blessed by other deific powers, and must use his minions to infiltrate and defile such places. Further, the more of his own power he expends, the fewer and weaker minions he can sustain.

Bio:
Once one of the great Sages of Alfegard, Charlock studied the mysteries of the arcane. Although a dangerous recluse, he was considered wise and powerful, and was often sought by those seeking counsel on the lore of Dragons.

Charlock was not a beneign wizard, however, and sought power above all things. He went out to seek it, in the depths of the ruined, labyrinthine keep on the central continent. In the deepest depths of the dark halls, he came upon the Dragon Orb.

With his newfound power, he called up the ancient monsters and demons, once held back by Erdrick's powerful magic, and laid siege to Tantagel, who was saved only by the virtue of Erdrick's descendant.

As the Scion of Erdrick faced him, armed with the Sword of Erdrick, anathema to him, the Glitch came. Offered a second chance at life and revenge, Charlock accepted, and was drawn into the Glitch's machinations.

Although resentful of his subordinate position, and distrustful of the remainder of the inner circle, he feels it is only a matter of time before he is the sole survivor, and the Glitch's power will be his, and these new worlds will be his to subjugate.
