#1 Dark Sun Custom System

I've spent wasted a fair amount of time fiddling with Dark Sun, a setting I really like and turning into a version of D&D, a game which I have often criticized. I have decided if I'm going to do something Quixotic, I might as well go all the way.

Comments welcome.

So here were go.

dice+attribute+skill system

Currently going with 2d10.

Attributes

Average is zero. Pluses are good, minuses are bad.

Strength
Stamina
Dexterity
Intellect
Perception
Presence
Willpower

Base Hitpoints: Race + Stamina bonus.

Thri-Kreen: The fuckers are obviously going to get a lot of racial bonuses if they're true to fluff. Convienently they are also short lived bastards. Which means . . . . . . skill point hose!

Could Dark Sun setting be done using Warhammer game system... Or does it need to be D&D based?
