So with Kitten's permission I'm starting this up... keep everything tidy and all...
Write up your characters, settle debates, and whatever in here. Simple enough.
As for my character-- still working on him. All that needs to be known atm is I'm an Elf-lord, psyker, with an incredibly capacious coat, good taste in drinks, and an eye towards makin' a profit whatever happens. This means my loyalty is negotiable, except where my dragon friend M'Haela is concerned.
M'haela--
Gold Dragon, female, rather self-conscious about her relatively small size (only about 30 feet long). Wears unique obsidian-black armour manufactured by the Dwarves of Blackstone Mountain, near the range from where she hails. Very rigidly honourable and also quite proud; best way to get her to do anything is to appeal to said pride. Is also rather ravenous for some yet-unspecified reason...

My Character:
A Drow Archmage, Chosen of Mystra.
At 50,000 years old, and having spent that entire life training in magic vigourously since the age of 12... and considering that he became a chosen of mystra at the age of 600, he's gained a considerable amount of power in that time.
Speaking of which, time no longer has any real meaning to Dakarne, and he prefers to spend his time helping random adventurers across all of the different planes of existance. The latest was Kitten, as you know.
Personality wize, he's easy-going, and will actually do manual labour for people, simply because he's been perpetually bored for the last 10,000 years of his existance. However, enough insults will earn you a quick trip to the light at the end of the tunnel.
His familiar takes the shape of a PseudoDragon.

Binding spells. : Binding spells do not harm those that are bound. A binding spell prevents the "bound" from harming others, or performing certain actions. They do not influence anyone else, unless a group is implied in the binding. A binding spell needs to be reinforced periodicly for it to stay stable.

Same character as the Phoenix Wars. Fresh back from the Demiplane Of Dread, and boy is he cranky.

And, why, pray tell, are you attacking me?

*shrugs* Does he need a reason for his actions? It's a TGOD; if he wants to pop in to bust a cap in your ass, that's his own business... he may decide to participate further. If not, move on.

Fair enough...
I've just given him an Ancient, and pissed off Red Dragon to go play with (gotta love Dragon Knight, it provides a decent enough distraction).

I've always wanted a familiar. I don't like reds though. Golds are more agreeable.

Familiar's are not pets! They are valued companions!
Okay, we'll split the difference. I'll take some Paladin levels and he can get the bonus powers of a Special Mount.

Extra hit-dice, Improved Evasion, share saving throws... What dragon doesn't want the ability to take no damage from a breath weapon?

Also: I've become a Cat of all things... strange, and I learned what the inside of a Dragon's stomach looks like.

So. Daemon Prince. Doing his shtick on the town. And it's the Elf-lord's fault. Hmm...

Dakarne's character is dead now, barring gratituous use of the reset button. If he wants to jump back in, he'll have to be someone else. Wouldn't be mannerly otherwise...

I'll be back, but later, as either a Vampire or Scotsman (I'll flip a coin on THAT one)
And yes, it is a different character (a name wouldn't take too long to find)
