Jack sat with his back against a tree, his sword held in his hand, tip down. He would stay awake and keep watch.

"Wait what?" Elwyn said, snapping to attention when the word rape was mentioned.

He strode over to her and put his arms around her in a non-romantinc comforting brother sort of way

"What happened?"

((OOC: You didnt tell us about that))

((OOC: no, she didn't.))

Leah blinked confusedly as Elwyn finally, after all the teasing and joking, hugged her. The hand not playing with the contact stone reached out to give him a half-hearted squeeze. "What's to tell? I'm in my bed, the HDD turned off for the night, dreaming... and then there's a ... hand... grabbing my legs, forcing them apart."

Elwyn can feel her shiver. "... who would believe me?" she asked, her head turning to look him squarely. "For a split second as I woke... I saw a troll, then he was gone. The HDD was on ... and a man's voice was laughing at me." Leah looked back to the fire, her hand dropping again to clutch her knees. "Perfectly sane.... right? Everyone would believe me." Her head dropped to her knees.

Matthew looked over at her. "Any other day I'd think you were nuts. But right about now I doubt I'd be phased if pink leprechan's jumped out my ears and ran into the forest. You guys get some sleep. I'm not done digesting everything that's happened."

He looked out into the forest and mumbled under his breath. "And maybe I can get some more answers, it's the least we deserve."

Theodore began running a type of psychology triage in his mind, Albert was holding his own for now, Leah was fairly distressed things had been affecting her more but Justin was helping her. Matthew was understandably stressed and worried about returning but he appeared to be stabilizing a bit, Jack was putting everything into anger which was actually what the group needed now. Yet one person had basically been neglected Siv was sitting down with her head on her knees, possibly crying Ted could not tell from where he was. He had not done grief counseling for a while his doctorate was in Nero-psychology but he did at least remember some of his training.

Currently Leah and Siv were at the top of the pile followed by Matthew and Al, then Justin, he put himself and Jack at the bottom of the pile. Because Justin was helping Leah at the moment he walked over to Siv and put a hand on her shoulder forgetting that in game he was as cold as a corpse. “We will find a way homeâ€

"It's ok..." he said, still holding her. "I dont know whether we would have or not... but we certainly do now..." he fave her a kiss on the forehead and turned to the others

"We HAVE to kills these fuckers. All of them"

Of course, how that would be done, he had no idea. And why would they want to rape Leah?

Leah turned to stare at Elwyn again, equally surprised by the brotherly kiss and his vehement wish to kill the person who did it. "Wow, El ... 15 levels of chasing after you, and I finally get kissed..." was the first thing out of her mouth, unintentionally funny. "Whomever it was... they vanished without doing anything. It's just..." she shivered again, leaning her head against Elwyn for the comfort. "... I don't know if I can sleep after all this."

"Just because I am gay doesnt mean I think girls have cooties..." he said

"But I promise you, I wont rest until you can sleep again" There was nothing that disgusted him more than a rapist, or a child molester. Nothing. He had known too many rape victims and molestation victims in his life that he couldn't help, for whom there would be no justice. This time, it would be different. Much different. Even if the binary bastard didnt succeed, there would be justice this time.

"Thanks El..." Leah said softly, finally looking around at everyone else.

Then she snickered. One hand rose to her mouth to cover the giggle that followed. "Why... why is this so funny...?" she asked as a giggle fit started to overcome her. "... here I am, with nearly all of the people I'm closest with in the game..." snicker, giggle "... And the only one of you I've slept with is Sviri...." giggle giggle snort... and she falls into helpless laughter as her mind makes the choice between laughing and crying.

Jack glanced to his right at Leah, laughing.

Yeah, she's lost it. Hopefully, she;ll get over it soon.

Matthew smiled slightly at the amusement the others were having. Let them laugh, God knows they could all use it. Including him right about now. Matthew got up and grabbed his gear before laying down and pretending to fall asleep. For now, he listened. Waiting to hear the others fall asleep.

Jack chuckled quietly to himself.

He noticed that Matthew had sacked out. Jack knew he should do the same, but, call him crazy, for some reason he didnt quite trust an old game character to keep watch.

Rukia wrote:"OHMYGOD LEAH! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU SAID THAT!!! YOU PROMISED!" Her mouth clamped shut and for a moment it looks as though she was going to cry, instead she burst into laughter, she was doubled over and leaning on Theo, gasping for breath.
Leaning helplessly against El for support, Leah continued laughing. "s...sor...sorry! Sorrysorry..." she babbled, unable to stop laughing long enough to talk.
Shark Bait wrote:Ted tried not to laugh as he put in his own two cents "What happens in Zion stays in Zion." he said wtih a smile.
That brought new peals of laughter from Leah, now holding her stomach because she was giggling so hard. She couldn't stop, it had her gasping for breath, but even Matt arranging himself to sleep caused new giggles to burst forth.
Heaven help her if anyone else said something funny. She might die laughing.
And the thought set off more peals of laughter just shy of hysterical.

Albert just sat up, smiling at the others and shaking his head. He wasn't quite ready to crack up yet, but he was working his mind too hard to let go of the control he had.

Elwyn chuckled

"Gee, and here I was thinking I was the only one. Welcome to the wide world outside the closet, the bathroom is on your left and if you want to get rish on those Diamond Mines you found in Narnia, I would do it quickly before Debiers prices you out of the market, of course with your luck the UN will declare them COnflict Diamonds"

Outside the circle of light cast by the fire, tempuratures dropped, visibly. On the fringes, frost appeared on the vegetation, icles forming off tree branches.

The sounds of night on Zion, especially during serverdown, were normally quiet, without any human interaction with the world. Things had changed now, Humans exsisted on Zion, interacted with it, and things not of that world, not of it's programming, wandered the terrain.

In the forest, the sounds of battle echo'd, then the bloodcurling deathscream of some unholy terror, sounds nothing like any of the little party had heard before.

Throughout the night, the occassional sound of blades clashing, wood snapping, trees falling, and things dying, peirced the chill quiet.

Leah had tried to fall asleep, but the deathscream in the darkness finally made her give up trying. Nervously she rose and threw more wood on the fire, hoping that the noises were Auron, Zelda, and Yuffie protecting the camp.

Somehow she doubted she was the only one awake.

Matthew gripped his sword tightly as he listened to the familiar sounds of battle, but they weren't familiar. That had been in a fictional world, now the fictional world was real. A part of him wanted to find out what was going on beyond the camp, the rest of him knew better, and so he rolled over, realizing now how much of a pain it was to sleep in armor. He likely wouldn't be getting much sleep tonight.

After being forced out of what light sleep she was taking, Rory got up and paced the camp. She worried her hands, rubbed her arms, and clicked her tongue. Not a Sivri thing to do. She stayed nearly silent and in the shadows, not that she didn't want to talk to Le, she just didn't want to talk at all. She climbed up in a tree and looked at the sky. It seems so different... so real, like I've done this forever. Why us? Rory sighed.

Leah actually wanted to talk... but she respected Rory's privacy. She did worry when Rory vanished up a tree, but she was a big girl... she could take care of herself... right?

More scary noises came from the woods around the campsite, and Leah huddled closer to the fire, once again worrying at Darek's contact stone, whispering softly to it as she slowly rocked back and forth.

With all the sounds, Jack did not feel like sleeping. He was still sitting with his back against a tree when Roxy climbed into another tree.

He got up, picked up his shield and started walking around the edge of the clearing they were in.

Justin managed to doze lightly. He had camped in the tropics before, and the sounds were different, but of the same sort. The sounds of battle between magafauna, the sounds of the dying or injured. The sounds of swords and men screaming where not much different. At least in theory.

It took Ted a while to go to sleep but when he finally did he was out, he was gone, he had adapted well due to his many years in school and could probably sleep through anything short of someone kicking him.
