Here's the thing: Amy Chan isn't me and doesn't have access to outside sources in her situation. I don't think she was ever very interested in pre-modern warfare and only has a vague idea about a lot of things ("The Swiss had really long pikes, right? Twenty feet, or eighteen feet, or something crazy like that, I think. I really should have paid more attention to that guest speaker.")

Not that I'm not interested, just in case I find myself in some parallel medieval universe, but now I know how Bill Watterson felt when he wrote comics about Calvin being ignorant about something and getting piles of letters about whatever it was.

The Emperor while scary is definitely in the camp of the kill the messenger. This means if I ever want to tell him bad news... I should send someone else.

The Tahalshias keep a low profile.

However, I'm betting money the "80s super" that ran around WV was MoonKnight, because for a while he was living/supering in WV in the 80s. I had several of his books

Once again Maya brings the funny! I'm giving it 4 stars, -1 star for short length.

Be neat to see more PSA.

Wait does this mean our girl is working offically for the Atlanta City Government?

Glad you liked it. I have a first draft of a second PSA in the works now. Granted, considering how long it takes me to update things, can't promise it'll be done soon.

I figured this PSA is out-of-universe the way most cartoon ones are, unless you think G.I. Joe actually went around popping up in people's houses the moment the kids accidentally set the drapes on fire. Maybe. ...Let's say it's probably not canon.

I rather like it, CT. But then again, I'm a big Dresden fan.

So far, so good CT. Your writing is improving, so each paragraph isn't as..."dense" as before.

I've never watched the Dresden Files, but the idea of magic & the like in modern day is a fun one. Keep it up.

While it was on TV, the novels themselves are better.

Once again, a great story. With Dresden so indebted to Winter, I find it nice to see more of the Summer Court creatures.

There is one section of the fight that wasn't quite clear to me:
Instead he clamped down on the rock-face and rebounded off it snaking a head the size of an office chair against the pain.
What's happening?

Not bad man, that was some well-deserved come-uppance.

The question remains, though..."Now what?"

There are going to be a number of explosions, the mortal authorities may or may not be drawn in...

Nice to see Amy Chan back. So... She does realize that if you go on vacation, you're begging for vacation hijinks and troubles right?

Also, doing a big of stealing from Spiderman? Good choice!

Why thank you!

I think Amy Chan is too mentally and emotionally exhausted to care right now.

Poor Amy Chan is still trying to get the hang of this business I think.

I don't remember if Klavo inquired as to getting an insert or if I (or Amy, don't remember which of us first brought up the prospect of "Klavo the Hunter") found his SN too perfect to pass up as a character to use.
