Yeah... Color-coded Daleks, to match the freakin' Power Rangers.

Fuck I was way off.

When you said you were calling ALL RANGERS, you meant it! How many even remember the Aquitarian Rangers?!

Yes, he's making a HUGE mistake. This is not a time for Triumphant or WarDoctor.

Sometimes the best way to examine a being's purpose is to bring it into question and have them driven to turn away from it, however briefly.

He will see the truth soon enough....

So he did. Bravo with the Dream Sequence. At last, he's using his true assets, and now we've got a clever plan.

For all the Daleks are racist homocial sociopaths, they do not hold back on what they see as truth. We've known it for some time, The Doctor has something to do with the Cracks. Has since the first. Now... he's just got to solve the puzzle.

Also, IMHO, you can just move on. Closing the Crack here is anti-climactic. You had him do the impossible of accessing the Morphing Grid and bringing in ALL Rangers (Japanese too, I think), and then called in all the Zoids/MegaZoids on top of that. The mental images alone are priceless.

I didn't say anything earlier, because I had to look up what Universe Steven Universe was from.

Zygons. Interesting, but I didn't get into this one. I had very little emotional reaction to the danger, and not a single 'edge of seat' moment. It was all rather anti-climatic for lack of a better word.
Maybe because it's the first after the Dalek episode. Maybe because I never heard of the Universe, and had no connection to the characters. Either way, it was a 3/10.

The issue with crossovers is that if someone's unfamiliar with the material, they don't get the same feeling. (For instance, Chris O'Farrell has made it clear to me that he skips anything involving Korra, as well as a few other settings).

That said, I think you'd like Steven Universe.

Yeah. The SU episode "Space Race" was the one that guaranteed SU would be showing up in Series 4. Then as I thought on it (and watched more episodes) I realized it was a setting that would fit letting the Zygons come out to play, and then the whole idea of the Zygons manufacturing their own gems to tap the shapeshifting and energy powers came into play so I could make them a threat to the Crystal Gems in combat.

Plus it let me follow up on hints from the last Mass Effect and LoK episodes, namely that there was something or someone pulling strings through the Cracks...

It will be amusing if the Doc'tor's little slip opens his Box of Memory just enough to backhand Nemesis out of his mind.

I doubt many, if any, of Nemesis' other victims ever thought of frontal attack like that. Most would have put up barriers, wards, anything to keep it out. A sudden SallyForth would have been thought suicidal.

To be fair, I suspect Nemesis usually is more subtle with the more powerful beings. I wouldn't be surprised if he infected Maeve more carefully and indirectly than his attempt here. But here he was pressed for time and tried brute force infection.

So, they are Cybus-cybermen. Not the Mondian ones.

Interesting.

Well, we know it can work the other way in time with K-F Drive-related technology (the story of the SLS Manassas).

Garrus, Gibbs, Aric Jorgan & Havoc Squad, Yoko Littner, Shepard, T'Goni & Squad, Weka & Krogan Squad, The Mercs, Homura & the Girls, a squad of Wookiees, and GodDamn Captain AMERICA? I'm waiting for DC comics to show up!

As for the TARDIS, is she under attack, or is she trying to stop The Doctor?

Under attack.... maybe. Heh. Admittedly I had a bit of a plothole there because if he could just whisk Martin and the victim straight to the altar, there'd be no drama.
