#1 Recepie: Dau-Phan Chicken

Despite its Oriental style name Dau-Phan chicken comes from these two Bhutanese kids who I went to college with. Its actually quite interesting Southwestern style
Ingredients
2 Boneless Skinless chicken breasts
8 fluid oz of Balsamic vinager
2 to 4 medium tomatos
3 to 4 bell peppers
2 to 8 Jalapenos
2 large pinches of dried oregeno
1 to 2 Habenaro
Deep Fry the chicken after marinading in vinager for 2 days. Toss all in food processor set to chunky. Serve.
