It's a project funded by google where anybody who wants can submit their idea(s) for bettering the lives of people--the more people it can help the better--and 10 million goes to fund the top 5 ideas chosen.

Deadline's October 20th 2008, so if you have any ideas, or know anyone who has some, this is a great way to potentially get them into the world where they can help, but don't sit around until the time's up!
