Another year, another day we Americans celebrate our country's independence by charring parts of it with colorful explosions.

The joys of competitive neighbors, the 4th in my part of the country is marked by everybody trying to one-up everybody else's pyro.
Makes for cheap entertainment, I just go out on the porch and watch. With all the rain we got the past couple of weeks, there's not even a fire hazard for a change.
