Preregistration for GenCon in Indianapolis ends today; the convention begins on August 10th. I registered and reserved hotel rooms yesterday; anyone else going?

Wish I could make it, but I can't go running all over the country for conventions. GenCon will have to be it, at least for this year.

Lemme know if you see any rocking events that are must-dos. I may have to hit up one of those Dragonlance Seminars.
I suppose I could putz around the site some, though. Maybe there are some other authors whose presence I can revel in.

Hopelessly overpriced beer I don't particularly like, terrible (for want of a better term) music and drunks throwing up, starting fights, and sometimes both at the same time, everywhere? Thanks. It's too far away for me, so I can't. Also, the next week is band camp, and I'll need to be well rested for that.
The only (major) Con I can go to is DragonCon here in Atlanta. (There are a few other smaller Cons like MomoCon also, but you probably haven't heard of most of those.)
