Transcribing what i wrote on the plane 2 days ago.

First day

So lets see, slept...6 hours on the 29th, did a final, next time I got sleep was at 7AM, the next day, on a flight to belgium(the 30th), smoothest flight ever.

Brussel was nice but no time to shop, had to rush for flight to Chicago.

I have to say service was great even as we were delayed unholy amounts of hours.

At chicago we arrived very late, immigration was the low point. esspecially the camera and fingerprint scans. Screw homeland security, if the Israeli police can do it without all that, so can the U.S, which is in a far better state.

Cue issue number 1, bagge number 3 got lost, meaning toiletries are somewhere in europe along with some shoes. Well there goes the shopping bag.

After a marathon run through Ohare airport, carrying bags of duty free stuff(alot of candy for you people). Flight was delayed, to my anoyence, at this point I realised my dislike of 767s was perfectly justified, thse things suck.

Im writing this on the way to SF, on very little sleep, I got some 4 hours on the way to Brussel and a few more in the Atlantic but nothing since, got myself atleast synced to SF time. I forsee time zones screwing me.

Gotta say AA service is good, trying to compensate for issues beyond their control, aswell as letting me into the cockpit post flight was nice.

My fingers are numb and Im about to collapse, so see you in the next log.

Dalton your candy survived the trip.

P.S, they keep losing my baggage even more.

Day 2

God my feet hurt. Spent the day touring the Presido area, all the old stuffis there. Wow, this place is windy. Very windy, too windy.

This is the second coldest summer of my life. After walking down to the ILM campus, I went down to the beach area and walked in what felt like 100KPH wind. Freezingcold I arrived to some fort that was even windier.

Golden Gate bridge was nice, but oh so foggy that I couldn';t see shit.

So of course, I walked around and saw batteries, huge fucking batteries with guns the size of a ship.

That was most of my day, spent the rest of it relaxing.

So tired

Day three

Went down again to the port area, first off, yes, I approve of american service. Please, keep on letting me bum free rides off this horrible public transportation system, thats three rides today I didn't pay for.

After that, Aquarium, no, it's not better then the one in Eilat, but it is great and has this cool underwater tunnel thingy. Pretty fun and the place stands out for letting you touch all the animals. That was the highlight. After that we were tired, so we tried going home, only ended up on the wrong cable car line, and ended up humping the largest hill in the city. Dear satan, stop making mountains this steep, I've had an easier time in Switzerland and thats fucking mountain country.

Didn't do much else, as Jetlag caught up with me, big time, mostly settled down and relaxed. Got organised for Las Vegas(damn you Zed, you gotta get me a suit). Went downtown to the bookstore, found out it was closed for 4th of July. Oh well on the 5th I do all that. Tommorow, Fireworks with kernel and fey.

Sidenote: Any person asking for pics of fey will be fed pics of me. You can all just go hunt SDN archives for pics of her. And when you do find pics of her, you can stop asking me.
The above was entirely for getting tycho to stop asking for pics
Another note:wait, no, the inquisitive can find out for themselves.

Actually I did, but I only managed to find 2 pics of here, since the host/sevrer holding them has crashed or moved on (In Photobuckets case).
We demand updated pics!

Day five

So endeth my time in San francisco, with some nice(Very nice) night shots of the skyline and bay bridge. Spent another day backpacking my way across the city, in the maritime museum, where I took another 100 pictures, in the bookstores(4 books catch) and hiking my way to the exploratorium, bar none the best science museum I've been to.

This city is so far very nice, the people are very nice, and hot damn they gotta get a weather machine working here, stat.
