...one giant leap for mankind.
On July 20, 1969, 37 years ago today, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first men to walk on the moon.

It's "That's one small step for a man." Not only is that what was actually said (the "a" was lost in transmission or something) but it also actually makes sense.
In any case, let's do it again.

Actually, he fumbled the line. He meant to say "a man" but didn't. They try to make excuses about it since you're not supposed to dishonor great men, but as the line was supposed to say, he's still just a man. But even when we make mistakes, we can still achieve great things.
And yes, let's do it again. And again. And eventually, go there and stay there, and keep going.

Ah, the day Mr Gorsky got lucky.
Truly a great moment for mankind. Now let's get back up there and then some.

I also feel I should mention Michael Collins, the command module pilot. While he did not land on the moon himself, he was also on the mission fulfilling a very important role.
He all too often gets left out.

~Good Luck Mr Gorsky, I hope it all went well....
Good Luck Mr. Gorsky, it shows you just can't tell...~
A gentleman by the name of Michael Longcor did a song about it.

"Were you the one who jumped around to demonstrate the low gravity?"
"No. I was in the orbiter."
"Were you the one who said 'That's one small step...'"
"NO! I was in the orbiter! But you know what? If it wasn't for me, history would've been totally different! You know what Neal wanted to say when he got down there? 'Look, it's not made out of cheese!' I talked him out of it!"
From an old comedy skit show. Here's to Michael Collins indeed. And here's to all the pioneers before and since. Especially here's to those to come.

Makes me remember this joke:
Q: what fly can live on the surface of the moon?
A: the one belongs to Neil Armstrong.

I still fully believe that we should already have some kind of plan in action for us permanently staying on the moon.
And as for Mr. Gorsky....he got his day(now to remeber what movie it was again)
