That's right, according to this english ad
the pirates are out to get you!, not the seafaring mind. You may think you've seen anti-piracy ads before, but you haven't... no sirree you haven't!

*shrugs* It's been around for years. It's not meant to be entirely serious anyway...
Check out the more recent ones, they are truly are annoying.

I dunno, I kinda think that that's a neat commercial. Not entirely clear, but I can see how it would be effective, because it makes the viewer go... HUH? wtf is going on... and then OHHHHHHHHHHHHH that's what it's all about.
