So I've been looking hard at redesigning the frontpage of the site. Over the past two days, I've put together a couple of possible page designs to replace the current one, and now I need your opinions.

All I need you to do, is look at the three possible Release Canidate Layouts, and vote in the poll. If you have any suggestions on improving a given layout, you can post it below.

The winning layout will get further work and become the new layout for the site. Personally, I'm leaning towards RC 2.

I don't like #2..not fond of the yellow.

I pick #3, but the yellow needs to be muted a bit more towards gold.

it's working for me....

the yellow isn't permanant...it's just temporary for mock up and selection purposes.

Both RC2 and RC3 hurt my eyes, so go with RC1 instead.

I like the second and third but with different colors if that's possible...

The Colors can, and will be changed, eventually - with my laptop down I lack the ability to make the changes to the gradient graphic and the CSS to tone down the yellow to a more goldish color - or to change it entirely.

This is basicaly mock up of what the layouts will look like, but I see the RC2 that's up there isn't the latest version of RC2 either....

sorry I hadn't made it clear of the fact before, that the yellow color is just temporary until a layout is chosen.

As long as its not yellow, I go for three.

I also like three, provided that the yellow is changed.
