The Tzimisce are a very old world clan and they do not enjoy the technology of modern nights. They hail from dark forgotten castles in old europe, spending their nights "creating" or holding extravagent balls where one fears receiving an invitation almost as much as not receiving one. The Tzimisce hold an awakward sense of etiquette and they are most easy to offend. They enjoy power and believe it is their right to rule.
