I kid of course, that was a pretty funny article. Although what might be a fascinating project is looking at Disney films through the prism of Maoist Third-Worldism.

As one commentator to the article notes, the article writer has apparently not watched Sleeping Beauty, since he does not seem to know that Aurora and Philip had met prior to Maleficent causing her to prick her finger and imprisoning him. So she did "know his ass from Adam", and her marrying him was not due to him saving her. Not that this hurt his prospects, I imagine.

Also, s/he typed "thrown" instead of "throne" for the Lion King.

Tsk, tsk.
