If you didn't get what I mean...
Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta... etc.
What would be the Star Wars version of that... if one exists.
And, if a version of that doesn't, what would it use?

Go with the Aurebesh names.

Aurek, besh, cresh, dora, and so forth. It's not canon according to OT-- its alphabet was composed of similar symbols, gibberish when transcribed using this particular alphabet-- but they used this fairly extensively through the PT, so consider it more or less canon.

Well, as far as I know SW actually did use our phonetic alphabet.
Examples: Bravo flight, Echo Base, etc

Possible, but it depends on how you 'translate' the events of SW for us... they might've been saying 'Besh flight', we're just seeing it autotranslated as 'Bravo flight'... of course, it doesn't really pay to be pedantic about this kind of thing
