From the commercials I've seen at my friend's house (I don't have cable) it's about a little village where they have all sorts of crazy shit. Like a boat with mechanical spider legs. Seriously. It's like that one ship in the Supreme Commander trailer.

It's a town of Mad Scientists, from what I can tell... other than that, no clue.
