So, the Cult of Skaro's Void Ship manages to pop in through the Stargate in the latest season of SG-1.

The Void Ship opens, and the four Daleks emerge. What is to happen?

The Dalek's have the Genesis Ark, obviously, waiting to be open, meanwhile SGC has all of the SG Teams and a couple Asgards present. And yes, Jack O'Niell is there.

And is subsequently exterminated...

I'm not entirely sure what SG-1 is capable of, but the Daleks are in a completely different league.

Jesus Christ, the entire EARTH is toast. Not unless the ascended Ancients suddenly have this turn from their noninterference dogma and save a spiecies they have no care for. This isn't a contest.

Corrected  , and the Ascended Ancients would also probably lose against full power TL stalemating Daleks

Close the blast doors and self destruct the base. That is standard SGC procedure when they are compromised anyway, and has a decent chance of success.

The Genesis Ark will survive through that though.

It wouldn't even scratch the Ark, According to the Doctor opening it would require blowing up the Suns (implying trans-solar system destruction), and that was before finding out that it was a maximum security Prison ship.

And it wouldn't slow The Daleks, we know that they have weapons that can Take MJ weapons specifically modulated to damage them easily (The Dalek hand weapons before augmentation could blow up Cars in a fireball with a single shot before augmentation by the Doctor and the beefier hand weapons, and it didn't even scratch the Daleks).
And thats without the Supreme Dalek (At minimum) being able to Time shift away.

I might now recommend the addition of a Spoiler Warning for Doctor Who Season 28

And we know these were MJ range weapons how? The big energy rifles from the alt universe, and the Cybermen hand weapons hardly seemed to cause damage usually associated with MJ range weaponry.

I'd Call blowing up cars in a flaming fireball MJ range.

They did kill any human hit by them, allmost instantly regardless of armour such as the soldiers (The scene with the car being destroyed by a shot from the small built in weaponry) (Though so did Dalek weapons, Dr.Who weapons tend to be subdued in their effects of humanoid targets [Merely killing them])
