You can split this thread to Science Fiction if necessary, but I always wonder: how do the Zergs travel through space? What is their means of space travel? Is it the Overlords? And if that's the case, is it the same Overlords they use for in-game airborne transport (which can only carry several Hyddralisk, IIRC), or a much bigger version?
And can the Zergs defend themselves in space? Let's say, an Imperial Star Destroyer intercepting a Zerg space convoy; how do the Zerg defend themselves against the TIE Fighters and Turbolasers?

So be it. If saying "NO" means being alone, then to hell with love, with romance, with marriage, and all the shit life keeps pumping at me. I'll walk alone, but with freedom and a healed pride.

In the in-game cinematics, it shows the Zerg flying through space rather magically and to get to different systems, they travel through what looks like hyperspace windows from Stargate.
To fight back, we see them ram Scourge into a battlecruiser, but nothing else.

Their Mutas and Devourers should be able to operate sufficently in space. I mean if their scourge could operate just fine I fail to see where the metas and others would be less able to.

In fact, if they're in space, I see no reason why they wouldn't be able to use their Guardians as well, which could be a nasty weapon up there.
