I don't think I rated any episodes other than part one of the mutiny higher than 3/5 this season, and the finale didn't change that.
In the three and a half hours they had between the two parts, the writers could have tied up a lot more than they did and made what they did tie up far more satisfying.
Some pretty shots, sure, but the show has been meh for a long time. I'm glad it's over.
