#1 Why Grevious was such a pussy in ROTS? (SPOILER)

Well in the cartoons he seemed to be a tough ass. In ROTS he suddenly became pathetic. How do we rationalize this?
And why the hell he's coughing?
(I didn't watch all cartoon episodes, though. Anything I missed?)
EDIT: spoiler warning added. Pardon the brain fart.

Spoilermania!
In the very last CW cartoon, Grievous goes after Palpy. Shaak-Ti tried to defend him, and in the end she fails. When Grievous escapes, Mace Windu Force-grabs Grievous in the torso, crushing it in. He immediately begins coughing in pain as his ship escapes.
So yeah, this weakened him a bit.

CW series.
Also, he isnt so much a pussy, as Obi-Wan is a badass.

Indeed. The novelization points out that essentially Obi Wan is in his complete prime during RotS.
While he may not have the raw power of an Anakin, Palpatine or so on, he has completely maximized his potential and has become a virtual conduit for the Force to guide his actions.

Besides it's established that Grevious is actually a coward and that he is only supposed to fight when he has certain elements on his side. I haven't actually seen ROTS yet so I can't comment on his specific actions in the movie.

Nice Avatar Kendall.
Grevious was basically fighting with a shitload of internal injuries which for some reason he never got seen to. I wonder if this combined with the droid armies point to a lack of living, breathing bodies for the seperatist.
