My first attempt at 3d art

Well, I downloaded Blender and have taken my first n00b steps into 3d art. Here is my first attempt after figuring out the basic keys (which was no easy task!)



The colors are weird simply because I don't know what I am doing.

This is supposed to be the start of a starship with 4 warp naccels. It took me over an hour to get just that, so not much detail to be had. Hopefully I will get faster as I figure out what to do.

I know it sucks, but I figure if I keep at it, I will be able to make 3d starships!
