and since I was bored, I photographed it to show all of you.
Now...onto the food...

First, the oven. Preheated to 350°F. Twenty minutes after I put them in, I'll lower it to 325°F. I preheat it another 15 minutes after the timer goes off, so that the entire oven - not just the air - is heated properly.

The three crusts I will use for the pies, the darker one is choclate graham cracker. Notice there's no sides, only a base layer of crust.

The flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and almond mixed together, witht he first two blocks of creamcheese. I'll add the others later once these two are mixed in.

And we're off! The first two are mixed in, now I add the other two....and continue mixing! I love messing with these hand mixers..

Now to smooth out the creamcheese and sauce mixture, letting it get to cake consistency.

And now it's ready for the pouring!

And here we go...first cake being poured..look at how it comes out....very nice...

And we pour it to three-fourths full...there we go...

top it off with some graham crackr crumbs to be baked into the top (choclate and "regular" graham cracker crumbs here).

Put them in the oven, and a hour and a half or so later, here's the first one....the other two need a few more minutes.

Onto the cooling rack, this one is just a plain cheesecake, no toppings. One of my aunt's asked for hers a certain way....

And this is my Aunt's, a cheesecake topped with a layer of strawberry sauce, a sliced bananna, and in the middle, a small puddle of choclate sauce.

And here I am, your chef, displaying the two cakes side by side.
Bon Appatite!
