Cartoonish soldier sketch (Request)

Good artists of the forum, help me remember my stuff :) .
I wanted to ask if some kind soul could make me a drawing/sketch of a soldier (me) with the following elements emphasized (Extra cookies if it's amusing), so as to help me stop forgetting articles of my get-upat home every few days (A visual memo):

• (Green) Cap on left shoulder.
• Unit badge (Any, Say the Imperial symbol) on left shoulder strap.
• Metal Dog-tag around neck.
  
• Shining black shoes, laced up with "over-board" shoelace straps (Using one lace).
• White undershirt.
• Clean shaven.
• Dog-tag in right shoe (sticking up).
• Rubber-bands on grey socks.
• Belt.
• Army shirt (green) buttoned up.
• Army trousers, green (With all buttons closed, and above the rim of the shoes).
• Name tag on left chest pocket.

An "what not to do" example would also be nice, it's just that I want an awesome looking visual reminder to hang on my wall to check every morning, to remind me.
