Yes, 'tis that time again... the time when we pimp our Desktop Wallpapers... inspired by my most recent wallpaper which kicks arse, now if only I'd made it myself...

Anyway, I'll start off with my rather blasphemous evil pagan wallpaper which I hear is rather popular in the ninth circle of hell this time of year: [/typical red carpet journalist]

Another opera junkie.

Oh well, time to load mine, mine is currently very boring.

But you know what, it works.

Sadly I cannot post my desktop, due to this one Commandment:
III. Thou Shalt Not Post Naughty Bits or Graven Images

This is a step beyond advertising. In that the first time you do it, we strip you naked and dip you in Troll Attractant. The second time you do it, we dropkick you into the next time zone and delete your account. Don't be a idiot. While the board does maintain a Mature rating, were not a X rated place.

Or you could link to it with an NSFW tag.

Um, it is a little bit more complicated than that, Ace; I wish I could just put an NSFW tag on my desktop pic, but different people have different standards.

Well, Morrowind is mostly for Caz, the Dark Crusade is just the demo, the Truck Tycoon was a freebie that didn't grab me, Freedom Force I just never got around to uninstalling after I played it out, same for Sin (and I might get some more episodes when the company gets more customers), Gal Civ 2 never leaves the system, and Madden 2006 is my current new addiction.

The joys of 320 gigs of drive space, y'see.

Nice and clean, with minimal desktop icons, and I could do without those if I wanted to. In the upper-left is my class schedule.

I sort of want an Xbox 360, but the only games I would want are DOA 4 and KOTOR 3. Sort of expensive for just those, and one of them might not even come out. That's why I don't have space cluttered with game icons; I have consoles for games. All I have on this lappy are Plasma Pong and Dooey Jo's ufo game. There's also C&C First Decade, but that hardly counts because EA doesn't know how to port games and none of them actually run correctly.

My desktop.

About as clean as I'll make it. It works for me.

You may notice that's a new image; I just heard about Halo Wars today, and the picture looked snazzy. This is the old one.

My current wallpaper, a Frankenwallpaper which was made up of several different source images which I 'photoshopped' together, and I must thank the original artists. (I actually used Macromedia Fireworks MX, but that's just a technicality.)

EDIT: This is actually a far lower-res version than that one I'm actually using, which is 1365x1024

And oldy but a goody. Also built the full complementary sound scheme.
