so, yeah, it's that time, let's see what your computer desktops look like....

If you want, you can also include a nice cleaned up version of the background image, I'm sure some people will appreciate it (especailly if they like the backgrouned).

Very crude image, and yes, I need to do some spring cleaning on my icons, but that's it.

Great. Now I'll lay awake all night trying to remember what Tutu stood for. Thanks a bunch, Ra.

It's a mod often used to merge BG1 and BG2.

No kidding. If I didn't remember that I wouldn't be wondering in the first place. The question is what did Tutu actually stand for, what with it being an acronym of sorts.
You could just look up the term, Master Bruce.
Bah. Where's the fun in that?

Great. Now I DO remember what it stood for. Killjoy.

This is the view of Downtown Charleston, taken last autumn from the SouthSide Bridge, which is the shadow on the water. Time: just after sunrise. (stolen from local newspaper)

My desktop is just solid gray, and almost always completely covered. Mostly uncovered for this special occasion!

Yeah, pretty lame.

I use a 1920x1200 version of this on my laptop

Too lazy to take pictures of my actual lappy and desktop at the moment though.

My desktop changes with the seasons. (So, I'm a girly, girly....sue me.) This is the one I use for spring. It's my absolute favorite flower in the whole wide world. Kudos if you can tell me what it is.

Like Mared, I change my desktop when I find a better image.

This is the sternwheeler PA Denny helped up the Kanawha River to Port Amherst by her cousin, the M/A Charleston. The Denny and the Charleston were both built at Port Amherst, and the Denny was there for her yearly checkup.

What this picture *doesn't* show you is the huge bridge across the river just around the bend, or that the yards seen on the right riverbank belong to gorgeous houses owned by some of Charleston's most successful doctors and lawyers. It also doesn't show you Interstate 64/77 and Scenic Highway US-60 running along the left bank, although the red spot in the distance is a parking lot for a small restaurant.

And while the morning mist makes it hard to see, the mountains in front of them outline one of the deepest hollers in the valley, as well as mark where I-64/77 comes around the mountain to cross the massive 4 lane bridge.

Close, but no cigar. Good try though. Not many people know what it is. The web-address may give a hint. The three initials for its name is in there.
