As for my pistol skills otherwise, I did qaul on Okinawa for them and did alright, not great but not terrible either. To even pass you have to shot a bit better then 50%.

And doing so under combat conditions, especially against moving targets, is harder. None of the werewolves are great marksmen, although Jason is a bit prone to delusions of grandeur in this area. Joseph is good enough with a gun to get the job done, but he isn't going to win any shooting competitions.

Fair enough, I would like to note that they could use some unit practice but that common enough.

Yep, although this whole "we'll use guns and not shape shift" thing doesn't help. They're usually better coordinated.

Concubine. Consort is in reference to a married partner, usually a married partner of royalty or nobility.

She does, but the Father is the head of the household and so males dominate the upper ranks of the priesthood. I'll be going into more detail on the status of women later, but in short its a little better than typical medieval Europe in part because of that.
