The response from Inferno's end was silence for several long seconds. "Alright, you may maintain observance. Do not interfere in the training program. Are the rest of you set to give it another go?"

Inferno was inwardly saying a slew of very very unkind things about Hawk. He was going to have a number of harsh words with his commanding officer.

If the robot noticed the discomfort of the various metahumans, it certainly gave no sign, not that it could do so while appearing as a featureless Dalek even if it wanted to.

"I am ready." Mark 25 had been standing silently, taking all of the talking back and forth in. The new plan should work, but his role was essentially unchanged. He did, however, fixate slightly on the Dalek-shaped irritation in front of him.

Jerri's eyes flickered over to Mark25, then back. The dormant personality often saw better in peripheral than the dominate. She didn't voice a question, but Heidi took a guess.

Yes, he's staring at it. Can't tell what he's thinking cause of that mask, but he's staring hard.

Legion had been muling over the problem and the assignments, he even heard the dalek-WarMachine's response to Inferno.

Ultimately, what the two had said bore little impact on what they could do right now, or would do.

"Sunrise, NeXT, Templar, you three are with me on Distraction Duty. Gemini, Mark25, Gordan, evac as many as you can, as fast as you can. Give us another five minutes to rest Inferno, and you can reset the simulator."

Throughout all of Alpha's appearance, and everything else, Templar had remained as still and unmoving. As soon as Legion had rapped out commands, Templar waited until he was finished, and then spoke up his question. "Understood. Would you mind elaborating on 'distraction duty' for this situation?"

After the time allotted time passed Inferno flicked a few switches. "Hold on to your butts. Here we go again."

The holograms and forcefields came to life again, revealing a very different area than where they had been before. The town looked to be smaller than the first one they had been at. But now the ocean breeze, constant though not overly invasive, could be felt by the group. They were now in an oceanside town, near one of the piers. It looked to be afternoon and most of the people they could see were busy at work preparing their catches of the day so far for sale.

Legion looked around as the new holograms appeared, and took in the visuals. The entire area was smaller than the city Inferno had placed them in last time, so it could be more easily handled.

That was the theory anyway.

"To your assignments, Keep the evac as discrete as possible, we do NOT want a blind panic. NeXT, I need you to scan the airwaves, see if you can find mention of the 'Zilla. Distraction team stay in reserve until it comes time, same with that hologram, NeXT. As for what distraction duty is.....We get the thing's attention, and try not to die doing it. When NeXT throws up the forcefield, those of us who are blasty, starts doing their best blasty from the hologram at it. Otherwise, lure it away from here. Get what you think you may need out of the van now."

NeXT infiltrated every comm unit in the area, and listened intently. Maybe it wouldn't be Godzilla this time. It could easily be Mothra, or that awful CGI lizard from the American Godzilla movie.

Nodding to Legion, Agent Templar jogged to the back of the van, grabbed a one million candlepower hand spotlight and an air horn, as well as an extra battery pack for the hand spotlight. "Understood, Legion."

The water began to bubble up, and soon enough Godzilla appeared, his head cresting out of the water, followed by his neck and shoulders and chest as he quickly came out from under the depths. The creature came to a stop and let out a roar as water continued to roll off of him.

Most of the civilians turned and began to run the other way, some stood stock still in fear.

At this point Jerri went into action, grabbing a bullhorn and speaking in a clear, authoritative voice to the panicking civilians. "Please remain calm and proceed to the evacuation roads." She began attempting to direct the rush away from the ocean towards the largest street. "Do not try to get in your car, proceed on foot to be evacuated."

And just where are you evacuating them to?
Jerri turned off the bullhorn for a moment. "Marcus, Gordon, keep them moving away from the ocean, off to the South, so the team can pull Godzilla the other way. Keep them moving, On FOOT. Cars will just get in the way."

Then, she went back to using the bullhorn to try to calm fears and control the direction the frightened mob was moving.

Every phone in the city rang. TVs switched signals. The reverse 911 call was in effect, instructing people to proceed on foot out of the city, away from the ocean.

"Sir" Sunrise said talking to Legion "I to assist in the distraction, I can generate a 2.5 megajoul impact, a sound essentially equivalent to several very large dynamite explosions. In water I can create a very large cavitation bubble. I would advise against being close enough to make energy blasts come from the hologram NeXT creates"

"Any suggestions or requests, Legion? I can try to annoy it with my telekinesis, but I'm open to ideas as to how," Templar said flatly. He did feel a little handicapped, as only one of his abilities were of any use here.

NExT could see that the evacuation was halfhearted at the moment, some people took it as a joke, but once they saw others heading out of their homes and heading away from the coast they got the idea. Further into the town the evacuation was more orderly, police were scrambling to get to positions to better control the populace's fleeing, but intown there seemed to be few problems so far.

On the coast the panic was quite a bit more real. People were screaming and running, trampling over others in an attempt to get the hell out of the way. Some people, despite bullhorn warnings, were honking furiously in their cars for people to get out of the way, others were being helped to move by random good samaritans. It wasn't a full-on panic but it was swelling up to be as streets got more and more congested.

Godzilla surveyed the situation and began to move forward, barely seeming to pay attention to the town he was almost on top of.

We really need all of the team for this Heidi protested as two cars banged into each other and insults started flying between drivers Or at least me out there stopping that shit from happening.

Jerri hesitated, then stepped back out of the rush. This was a hologram. She might not have to lose an hour. "Inferno ... is there a way to modify the hologram to react as if I were Heidi? I'd rather not waste a serum for a hologram."

"Caution. The following subprogram is of unknown use and interfaciability with this holotraining. Caution." NeXT's monotone intoned, before the light in the holo-city dimmed visibly. A massive, mechanical counterpart to the lizard manifested to Godzilla's side, roaring a challenge and trying to lure it out to see.

The Hologram came to life and Godzilla turned to look at it. The giant beast snorted once and then beat it's fists together before roaring the challenge back at it's mechanical duplicate. Godzilla slowly turned towards his foe.

"Yeah I think we can do that for you Gemini. Hold on a second." Inferno input a few new things into the program. "All right, that should about simulate Heidi's strength. Go for it."

Inferno had been keeping an eye on how the team was doing, but for most of his attention had turned to reading over each of their files again, learning what they were capable of and what their histories were.

Legion, for his part, was giving the orders, even as he looked back at Sunrise and Templar. Templar was going to be a problem, eventually, unless things straightened out.

"Start helping with the evac. It looks like the others need some help. Sunrise, stay here, incase the 'Zilla decides the hologram isn't worth the time anymore."
